With a minimalist design, Chada is a project full of character, laid out on one single floor, thus maximising the use and relationship between the indoor space and the lush green garden to which all the rooms will have access to.

SOL de mallorca - south west mallorca


With just a little under 600 inhabitants, Sol de Mallorca is known as being a quiet and tidy village on the south west coast of the island, comprised mostly of striking and modern villas overlooking the sea.

The location speaks for itself and in addition to the tranquility of the area, it offers stunning views of the Mediterranean and has a number of beautiful calas in immediate vicinity which are great for snorkelling due to the clear turquoise waters and 20-30 meters visibility. Its position also facilitates rapid access to the centre of Palma and the airport, which are approximately 15-20 minutes away.

The marinas of Port Adriano and Puerto Portals are located at less than 5 kilometres away and the Santa Ponsa Golf course I and II are also very close.
