Chef Arellano's Zaranda restaurant now in Hotel Castell Son Claret

The creations of chef Arellano are an elegant fusion of flavors, aromas and textures - but all easily recognizable. Arellano gained experience around the world (Dublin, London, Naples, Valencia, Barcelona, Madrid), before taking on a new challenge and bringing his Zaranda restaurant to Mallorca.

Initially located in the Hilton Sa Torre, the restaurant now operates in the recently opened Hotel Castell Son Claret in the area of Es Capdella.

The location, belonging to The Leading Hotels of the World offers the atmosphere and serenity of a castle of the 18-th century. 38 luxurious rooms and suites as well as the vast grounds, gardens, patios and countless magical spots are what create this incomparable place of calmness and harmony. The castle-like main manor and the 8 houses and stables have been lovingly restored.

We have recently visited Castell Son Claret and enjoyed the creations of chef Arellano - it is an experience we recommend to any interested in enjoying the calm of the countryside, the majesty of a beautifully restored architectural gem and the cooking of a Michelin chef.
